LBRA is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization.  Our annual budget is covered by the fees that we charge for our programs and our fundraising activities.  We try to keep our membership dues as low as possible in order to bring the sport of rowing to as many people as possible.  We conduct several fundraisers throughout the year to help cover the costs for equipment, scholarships, and our travel costs related to out of town competition.

All rowers are expected to help in the fundraising activities which include car washes, candy sales, raffles, and other choices that vary over the course of the year.  We also work with local businesses in our area to help provide funding for scholarships to help those with financial limitations learn and enjoy the sport of rowing.

LBRA parents and rowers represent a broad cross section of the Lake Brantley High School community.  The attendance zone for Lake Brantley High School covers a good portion of the Altamonte Springs, Longwood, Bear Lake, and Wekiva Springs.  We welcome home schooled students. We strongly support our corporate sponsors as much as possible and appreciate their support over the years.
