From the LBHS morning news:

The Lake Brantley Crew Team reigns as Southern Sprint Champions for the second
year in a row with 6 First, 5 Second and 2 Third place scholastic finishes
totaling 318 points. In the overall competition a Gold was won by the Girls
Lightweight 4 Relay and Bronze by the Men's and Women's Relay along with an
Individual Bronze by Emily Brubach in the Novice Lightweight event. Impressive
4th place finishes were posted by Caleb Moshier in the 500 Dash, Hannah Hewitt
in the Womens Event, Monica Bair in the Freshmen Women and Savannah Hartnett in
the Novice Women along with Holden Pederson placing 5th in the Novice Men. This
kicks off the Spring Season with the Novice Regatta at Turkey Lake coming up on
February 13 which is put on by Lake Brantley Rowing Association and is a major
fundraiser for the team. If you would like to find out more about this sport

And finally, but definitely very impressive, our own Barbara Mazzotta (Phillip's Mom)
placed First in the parent's erg race and received a Gold Medal, go Barbara!!
